AC Milan to raid Chelsea for Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Cesc Fabregas
Cesc Fabregas and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have been curtailed by limited playing time at Chelsea, and according to reports from The Sun, Serie A giants, AC Milan, are reportedly willing to swoop him and offer the two stars loan deals.
