Cristiano Ronaldo wants five new players in the summer

Player power has always prevailed at Real Madrid and none other than Cristiano Ronaldo is the most powerful player at the Bernabeu right now. According to Diario Gol, Ronaldo has submitted a five-man wishlist to Florentino Perez to recover from this season's shortcomings.

Harry Kane is said to be the obvious choice to replace Karim Benzema. David De Gea/Thibaut Courtois is wanted by Ronaldo in goal whereas he also wants Alvaro Odriozola to give competition to Dani Carvajal. Leonardo Bonucci is also on Ronaldo's mind who he thinks can replace Pepe. The last player that the Portuguese hitman wants next summer is his compatriot and Valencia star Goncalo Guedes.

FC Barcelona reach an agreement with Gremio

UOL Esporte via Mundo Deportivo have claimed that FC Barcelona are closing in on the signing of Arthur Melo from Gremio. Technical director Robert Fernandez was in Brazil last night to negotiate the terms of the deal with Arthur's representatives and the club. Barcelona want the midfielder to join in January 2019 and are ready to pay €30 million for his services plus €10 million in add-ons.

Claudio Marchisio may leave Juventus for a stint in the MLS

Stefan De Vrij to join Inter Milan

The Dutch centre-back is reportedly looking to join Inter Milan in the summer after rejecting an extension offer from Lazio. Calciomercato reports that De Vrij rejected a €2.5 million per year offer from Lazio and is set to join Inter on a five-year deal. The Nerazzurri are ready to offer him double than what Lazio were offering.

Claudio Marchisio linked with a move to MLS

After struggling with pertinent injury problems since 2016, Claudio Marchisio is set to end his Juventus stint in the summer. Goal understands that Marchisio is on the radar of a number of American clubs with the 32-year-old looking at the offers from MLS seriously in a bid to prolong his career.

Bayer Leverkusen starlet can also play for Jamaica and Malta but has not decided his choice of allegiance yet.

Robert Lewandowski confirms Real Madrid interest

Bayern Munich's top scorer this season, Robert Lewandowski has confirmed in an interview with Kicker (via Sportskeeda) about Real Madrid's interest in him. But the Polish hitman has also admitted that he is happy with life in the Bundesliga.

Lewandowski said, "At the moment I do not worry about it. If I was to think about the Real speculation as a Bayern player it would not be good for me because I wouldn't be focused on my job here anymore. I'm a Bayern player and I want to give everything here."

With Michael Carrick set to hang up his boots in the summer, Manchester United will look for a direct replacement for the supreme passer. The Independent understands that Toni Kroos of Real Madrid is United's choice to replace the veteran. Kroos has long been targeted by the Red Devils who even tried to sign him in 2014 before he went to Spain.

Tottenham Hotspur eyeing Wilfried Zaha

Despite seeing two of their past advances getting rejected, Spurs are ready to try for a third time in the summer to try and sign Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace. The Lilywhites are set to bid around £25 million for the explosive winger. The Mirror reports that Spurs will be rivalled by the likes of Chelsea and Manchester City for the 25-year-old's services.

PSG not interested in signing Marcos Rojo

Contrary to all the reports that are currently doing the rounds, ESPN have claimed that PSG are not interested in making a move for Manchester United's Marcos Rojo. It is believed that sporting director Antero Henrique is not pushing for any signing at the moment with the future of Unai Emery still being unclear and the club currently looking to stay in line with the FFP limits.

Nabil Fekir's agent refusing to rule out a move to Arsenal

Jean-Pierre Bernes, Fekir's agent has suggested that the attacking midfielder may not be seen in the Lyon colours next season. This may come as a huge boost for Arsenal who are reportedly leading the race for the Frenchman.

Speaking to Telefoot, Bernes said, "Will Fekir still be at Lyon next season? It's too early to talk about it. We have time, that's the straight line."
