Manchester United are currently bracing themselves for a summer onslaught from Real Madrid as they step up their pursuit of David De Gea. Los Blancos are looking to replace Keylor Navas who, despite winning two European titles, has still not impressed the club hierarchy. Jose Mourinho is in the know-how regarding Madrid's interest in his goalkeeper but has made it clear that he will only sell De Gea if United get Gareth Bale in return.

Diario Gol reports that Bale holds all the cards in this transfer with Mourinho looking at the Welshman as the final piece of his attacking jigsaw. Real Madrid are unsure about Bale's future at the Bernabeu and may happily include the winger in a deal to bring De Gea back to Spain.

Real Madrid's goalkeeping shortlist revealed

The reigning European champions know that a deal for David De Gea may go horribly wrong just as it did four years ago. Hence, Madrid have already made a shortlist of custodians who can replace Keylor Navas next season.

Goal reports that De Gea is still Madrid's number one choice next season but aside from the Manchester United star, the likes of Thibaut Courtois, Jan Oblak and Gianluigi Donnarumma feature in a four-man shortlist.

The Roma midfielder has hinted that he could sign a lifetime contract with the capital club. Nainggolan has also said that he is inspired by Francisco Totti and just l his former teammate, the Belgian workhorse wants to end his career in Rome.

Speaking to Sky Italia (as reported by Football Italia), Nainggolan revealed, "I am very happy at Roma and see no reason why I should leave. I could sign a lifetime contract with Roma, as I’ve already said no to many other clubs. Unless, of course, one day they decide to kick me out. Right now I am happy here and the important thing for me is to be happy.”

Bacary Sagna joins Benevento

Former Arsenal and Manchester City fullback Bacary Sagna has joined Serie A side, Benevento. The 34-year-old has joined the Italian side for the remainder of the season with an option to extend his contract by a year. Sagna has been a free agent ever since being released by Manchester City last summer. Benevento currently lie at the foot of the Serie A table and need a miracle to avoid the drop.

The Chelsea loanee, in his first start for Borussia Dortmund, grabbed the headlines for all the right reasons as he scored a brace and helped his new side earn all three points against FC Koln. Dortmund won 3-2 on the night with Batshuayi scoring the first two goals against a team currently at the bottom of the Bundesliga table. Meanwhile, the Belgian became the first striker since 2013 to score a brace on his Bundesliga debut.

The highly-criticized French striker has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid in the summer. Florentino Perez is reportedly eyeing an upgrade on Karim Benzema with numerous targets already being lined up. According to Don Balon, Arsenal have emerged as the favourites to land Benzema in the summer.

The Spanish daily claims that Arsene Wenger is keen on forming a strike duo of Benzema and Aubameyang with the Real Madrid star already house hunting in London. This is a big development in what will be Arsenal's biggest summer coup.

Tottenham Hotspur name Harry Kane's selling price

Mundo Deportivo understands that Daniel Levy, the Spurs chief, has reportedly told Real Madrid that they can sign Harry Kane for a fee of €200 million. Spurs want hassle-free negotiations for the Englishman and have hence set a value for the star striker. Jose Mourinho dismisses Zlatan Ibrahimovic's MLS talks

The Manchester United manager has rejected all claims of Zlatan Ibrahimovic agreeing a deal with Los Angeles Galaxy. Mourinho claims that the Swedish striker has not had a conversation with him regarding his future and he believes Ibrahimovic will stay put in England until the summer.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Mourinho said, "He (Ibrahimovic) never mentioned absolutely anything to me, not an opinion not a comment, absolutely nothing at all so I presume there is nothing true in the news. Because I suppose if there is any truth I would be the first to know from him."

Ronald Koeman set to be named the new Netherlands boss

According to AD (as reported by Football Orange), Ronald Koeman is the Dutch FA's fiest choice to replace Dick Advocaat. Koeman is set to become the new Netherlands boss and is expected to sign a two-year contract. The 54-year-old former Barcelona great has been out of a job since the time he was sacked by Everton.
