FC Barcelona planning a move for Isco

In a move that could change the narrative of Spanish football, FC Barcelona have been linked with a move for none other than Real Madrid's Isco. Don Balon has reported this move as a ploy to get back at Madrid's intentions of signing Neymar from PSG and also to secure Andres Iniesta's long-term heir.

But Barcelona understands that Real Madrid would not do any business with their bitter rivals and have hence alerted Isco to join a foreign club and then make a move back to Spain a year later. Though this planning is a bit far-fetched, it may yield success with Isco also looking to leave Real Madrid because of a lack of regular game time.

The striker's agent is Jorge Mendes who has a close relationship with the Wolves owners. Silva has also previously worked with the Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo at Porto which makes the English side favourite to land him.

Arsenal favourites to land Bernd Leno

Petr Cech and David Ospina are reportedly on the verge of leaving Arsenal at the end of the season, opening up a place for a new goalkeeper to take over at the Emirates. The Gunners have been monitoring Bayer Leverkusen's Bernd Leno and have now received a huge boost in the German's chase.

Gazzetta Dello Sport understands that Napoli, the other interested suitor, has pulled out of the race to sign Leno after deeming the price set for the goalkeeper at £25 million as too steep.
