If the deal happens, then it'd be the second consecutive winter in which Manchester United will sign a top Arsenal player after having roped Alexis Sanchez earlier in January.
Arsenal are expected to be wanting to let Mesut Ozil leave due to his exorbitant wages. The Gunners are currently paying the German £350,000 a week according to the report.
Manchester United are 1/2 with the bookmakers to signing him. City are 7/1. Inter Milan, Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich are at 10/1.
This could be a cause for concern to the Arsenal fanbase as they grow increasingly tired of Manchester United swooping up their top players.
