Napoli slap £131 million price tag on Kalidou Koulibaly

Kalidou Koulibaly is perhaps the most sought-after centre-back in Europe right now and Napoli are ready to go to war in order to keep hold of the Senegalese international. According to Calcio Mercato (courtesy: Sky Sports), Napoli have slapped a £131 million price tag on Koulibaly in order to stave off interest.

Manchester United were heavily linked with Koulibaly in the winter transfer window. However, Napoli were having none of it. Napoli president De Laurentiis is all set to tie down Koulibaly with a new contract which will see the defender earn £5.7 million a year.

Manchester United make stunning bid for Jadon Sancho

Manchester United have made a shock move for former Manchester City player and current Borussia Dortmund ace Jadon Sancho, according to The Sun. The Red Devils have been quoted an asking price of £70 million by the Bundesliga club.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had, earlier this week, lamented the poor quality of crosses and United have been looking to strengthen their wings. Sancho has been having a breakout season in the Bundesliga so far, scoring 7 goals and providing 9 assists.

Manchester City stand to win 15% of Sancho's selling-on fee and also exercise the option of matching any bid made for the 19-year-old. The prospect of moving back to England with Manchester United might prove to be too exciting for Sancho to turn down.

Barcelona set to make 4 signings in the summer, Rabiot wants to join

Barcelona have an ageing core and the board is well aware of that fact. As such, they have been actively scouring the transfer window for worthy young additions to their team. Now, as per reports coming in from Spain, Barcelona are all set to make 3 signings in the summer.

With Pique not getting any younger at 32-years-of-age, Barcelona are doing all they can to ensure Matthijs De Ligt do not escape their grasp. Barcelona and Ajax have a healthy relationship and the Dutch side believe that they get good value for their players with the Catalans.

The second signing is that of Celta Vigo striker Maxi Gomez, who is seen as a long-term replacement for Luis Suarez. The 22-year-old has scored 9 goals and provided 5 assists from 21 appearances in the league so far this season.

The third signing, as the report claims, is that of the Ajax coach Erik ten Hag despite Barcelona extending Valverde's contracts. According to the report, Real Madrid want Erik ten Hag to take over from Santiago Solari in the summer and hence, Barcelona have decided that they have to move quicker than their bitter rivals.

And finally, Adrien Rabiot has opted to move to Barcelona, according to Le Parisien. As per the tweet, Rabiot wants to join Barcelona and sees himself joining the Catalan giants in the summer.

Cristiano Ronaldo wants to reunite with James Rodriguez at Juventus

A reunion?
A reunion?

Juventus' midfield hasn't been ticking as it used to and Paulo Dybala's dip in form may have compounded the issue. As such, the Bianconeri are on the lookout for versatile, creative midfielders who can galvanize their attack further.

Now, according to reports in Spain, Cristiano Ronaldo has now intimated to the Juve top brass that James Rodriguez will be a worthy addition to the team. The Colombian international is currently on loan at Bayern Munich from Real Madrid.

After impressing heavily in his first season with the Bavarians, it does not look like he'll be in Germany for another season after failing to kick on in the same vein under new manager Niko Kovac. As such, speculations are rife that Rodriguez will be available in the summer.
