A return to the Premier League could be on the cards for Philippe Coutinho

Despite signing for Barcelona just last January for a whopping fee of £142 million, Philippe Coutinho has continuously struggled to establish himself at the Catalan club. Over the past couple of weeks, there has been intense speculation linking him with a move away from the club.

While Manchester United are believed to be interested, latest reports from The Daily Express claim that Chelsea have now made contact with Barcelona over a potential move that could be worth £100 million.

The Blues have reportedly requested Barcelona to keep them informed of any plans to offload Coutinho, and are willing to rival Manchester United in the race for the Brazilian superstar.
