Manchester United's pursuit of a top quality centre-back brought them to Selhurst Park and now according to the reliable David Ornstein, the Red Devils have finally agreed to a deal with Crystal Palace.

Ornstein has now revealed that an agreement has been reached between both parties and Aaron Wan-Bissaka will join Manchester United on a deal worth £50 million. He adds that the Englishman will travel up north imminently to get done with his medical and sign a long-term contract.

The 21-year-old will earn something around £90,000 per week at Manchester United. There was a lot of speculation regarding the implications of this deal on Wilfried Zaha's contract. However, Ornstein claims that Manchester United will retain the 25% sell-on clause for Wilfried Zaha.

Reports had come out earlier this week which suggested that Crystal Palace had laughed off an 'unreasonable offer' made by Manchester United which hinged on the prospect of Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer's team winning the UEFA Champions League.
