Pogba has reportedly already told his teammates that he wishes to depart. Juventus and Real Madrid are both in the hunt. However, Pogba is more keen on joining Real Madrid especially after Zinedine Zidane aired his admiration for his compatriot and Pogba reciprocated it.
As such, Manchester United have ramped up their chase for a replacement and have chosen Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as the ideal candidate. The Italian club is, however, playing hardball by demanding in excess of €120 million. However, Manchester United have tabled a €75 million bid and are hoping the Serie A side will meet them halfway.
