Ole Gunnar Solskjær wants to make Manchester United great again. The interim-manager has a plan in place on the pitch and is now reportedly in talks with Ed Woodward about signing a few players as well.

If reports in the media are to be believed, United are looking to sign Jordi Alba and Phillipe Coutinho. The Red Devils are keen on bolstering the areas of need and have identified the two Barcelona stars as their top targets.

Alba was a target for United under Mourinho as well but the Spaniard did not move to old Trafford. However, things have changed and he is yet to be offered a new contract at Barcelona. This has got him frustrated and he might be moving to Old Trafford according to Marca.

Meanwhile, various sources in Spain report that Manchester United are the front-runners to sign Coutinho. They claim that the former Liverpool hasn't managed to impress the bosses at Camp Nou and they are looking to replace him soon.
