Twitter boils as Paul Pogba and Kyllian Mbappe rips Russia apart

France continued their preparations for the FIFA World Cup with a commanding 3-1 victory over Russia.

Pogba's inch-perfect through ball to Mbappe was finished expertly by the teenager to give the visitors the lead in the 40th minute.

Pogba doubled the lead in the 49th minute with a brilliant long-range free-kick and followed it up with a dedication to his late father.

Russia pulled one back through Smolov who latched onto a brilliant cross from Smolnikov in the 68th minute but the result was put beyond doubt when Mbappe scored his second after some brilliant build-up play.
