Twitter erupts as Barcelona claim their 24th La Liga title

Barcelona are champions of Spain! The Catalans needed to win their final game of the season and they did it in style. Luis Suarez capped a wonderful campaign scoring a hat-trick to help Barcelona to a 3-0 win over Granada. This is Barcelona’s 24th league triumph and it is Luis Enrique’s second successive title win as manager.

Real Madrid also won their match against Deportivo La Coruna but in the end, it proved to be a fruitless effort.
