What was all set to be a routine victory for Real Madrid turned out to be a lot more, particularly for Cristiano Ronaldo who has been on tremendous form since the turn of the year. The Balon d'Or winner scored an incredible four goals as Real Madrid beat a helpless Girona 6-3 on the night. His first goal was a brilliant first-time finish from a Kroos cross in the eleventh minute. His second one came shortly after the half-time when he was put through on goal by Karim Benzema and he finished it expertly. He completed his historic hat-trick in the 64th minute when Girona keeper Yassine Bounou could only parry a Benzema shot straight to Ronaldo who had an easy tap-in. Kroos and Ronaldo combined brilliantly again in the 91st minute as he took his tally to four on the night. And by doing so, the Portuguese scored his 50th career hat-trick and has now scored at least 20 league goals in his last nine seasons. Legendary seems to be an understatement. And as usual, Twitter went berserk!First things first- here are all four of his goals. All 4 RONALDO goals vs Girona tonight.
