Spanish giants Real Madrid faced Brazilian side Gremio in the 14th edition of the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday. Despite the El Clasico being next week, Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane named a strong line-up for the match. The Frenchman got the reward for the risk he took as Ronaldo's sole goal won his team the game.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner found the back of the net by piercing his shot through the wall Gremio had set up for the free-kick, which they had conceded after fouling Ronaldo himself.
