Man United started the game in a great manner, though the first chance came from the oppositions as David De Gea saved a brilliant header from Watford striker, Troy Deeney.

Breaking all the criticism, Martial proved again that he is one of the best finishers in United's squad. His goal at the 72nd minute of the match extended the lead for Manchester United. This time, substitute Jesse Lingard provided the assist for the second goal.

Watford managed to get their first at 90th minutes of the match. Doucoure did the job as the Red Devils ended the match with a 2-1 victorious scoreline.
