As Manchester United locked horns with arch-rivals Liverpool, a lot of hype was exuded from this encounter. Obviously, whenever these two face each other, it becomes a subject of a interest among the people of the football fraternity - despite the fact that the matches between these two teams haven't really been all that great.

However, the battle between Jose Mourinho's men and Jurgen Klopp's army was a feisty one with both teams having a go at each other. On one end, it was David de Gea's magical save to deny Joel Matip an almost certain goal and on the other end, Martin Atkinson's failure to discipline Romelu Lukaku became two of the most talked points of the game.
