Just 24 hours after sacking Slaven Bilic, West Ham have announced the appointment of David Moyes as the new manager. David Sullivan, the chairman of the club, said that the former Sunderland and Everton manager will bring "fresh ideas, organization and enthusiasm". He also added, "We need somebody with experience, knowledge of the Premier League and the players in it, and we believe David can get the best out of the players".West Ham fullbacks will be jumping up and down as they will be the most important part of Moyes' tactics, which needs wingers or fullbacks to cross the ball consistently, even when there is nobody in the box. Ask a Manchester United fan and he will vent it out like no one else!Moyes has had a terrible time as manager and a lot of it was because of his choices. His failed spells at Manchester United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland mean the fans don't hold him in the highest of regards.
