Ryan Giggs has always been respected by everyone in the world of football. Regardless of which team you support, there is no denying the fact that the Welshman is an amazing player and an all time great.
Part of the era that saw the change from ‘old school’ style of football to ‘new age’ exciting style that we see today, it has allowed him to mix and match the two styles and make it into his own unique one. He would tear the defense apart with his blistering runs and flawless ball control. Since this style of play was not too common in the league, many opposition players had no clue how to shut him down.
Like George Best said, “They just might start calling me the second Ryan Giggs!”
