Striker Luiz Adriano of Shakhtar Donetsk is currently the most hated man in football due to his unfair behaviour in his clubs UEFA Champions League match against Danish side FC Nordsjaelland. A drop ball was supposed to be played back by Shakhtar but Adriano took the ball, ran past the keeper and scored. The goal was allowed to stand, much to the rage of the Nordsjaelland side, with the referee handing Adriano a yellow card. Shakhtar won the game 5-2, thereby booking their place in the knockout rounds.
Adriano since has been charged by UEFA for a ‘violation of the principles of conduct’. His case will be heard on November 27.
