Harry Redknapp was hit in the face by a ball thrown from the crowd when QPR faced Millwall at the New Den.
Redknapp was so furious that he even missed Jermaine Easter’s last-minute equaliser as he launched a four-letter tirade at the individuals he accused of throwing the ball.
‘A guy threw a ball at Joe, hit him in the face and smashed his glasses and cut his face,’ roared Redknapp. ‘Silly really. Someone else then threw it back in my face.
‘But I’m more concerned about Joe — he’s ended up with his glasses smashed in his face.’
