It was Gareth Bale who proved to be the difference between Barcelona and Real Madrid as the later cruised to a 1-2 victory in the Copa del Rey final held at Mestalla. Angel di Maria was the first one to get his name on the scoresheet, however, Barcelona equalized through Marc Bartra’s second-half header.
