Italy’s team doctor confirmed that Mario Balotelli will miss the rest of the Confederations Cup with a thigh injury.

I’m afraid he will not recover in time to final match on Sunday. For the semifinals he was already out. Italy face Spain in the semi-finals of the competition, whilst Brazil take on Uruguay.
