An odd refereeing decision happened in Saturday’s 2014 African World Cup qualifier between South Africa and the Central African Republic. The Central African Republic forward David Manga was kicked in his throat by South African player Kagisho Dikgacoi. Still, the referee didn’t award a penalty but an indirect free-kick!
