Phillipe Coutinho signed for Liverpool in the mid season transfer window in January 2013. The 20-year-old Brazilian had an immediate impact on the club and proved to be a bargain for Liverpool, who paid Inter Milan £8.5m for the attacking player. In his 13 appearances for the club he scored 3 goals and racked in 7 assists.
