The hosts almost took the lead at the end of the first half, but forward Memphis Depay was denied when his strike came back off the post., via the fingertips of the keeper.
The goals for PSV all came after the interval, with Florian Jozefzoon opening the scoring in the 48th minute from close range.
And Swedish midfielder Oscar Hiljemark fired in the second in the 56th minute,
And Memphis Depay made it three to wrap up the points 8 minutes from time with a long-range free-kick.
The win keeps PSV at the top of the table with three wins from their opening three matches, whilst the Eagles remain in seventh place.
