Manchester United returned to winning ways following their Champions League defeat to Olympiakos, by putting three goals wast struggling West Brom to run out 3-0 winners at the Hawthorns. Goals from Phil Jones, Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck gave them the three points, relieving some of the pressure on manager David Moyes, but leaves Pepe Mel’s side on the brink of the relegation places.
