West Brom's top 4 transfer targets this summer

Darren Moore Press Conference at West Bromwich Albion

#2 Rolando Aarons

Bristol City v Newcastle United: Sky Bet Championship

After West Brom's hopes of signing Bristol City forward Bobby Reid were dashed following his £10 million transfer to Cardiff, Darren Moore was quick to turn his attention to Newcastle's tricky left-winger Rolando Aarons.

With James McClean on the verge of joining Stoke, Rolando Aarons, an under-20 England international, could be a quality replacement ahead of the Baggies' push for automatic promotion from the Championship next season.

However, the 22-year-old's progress has been stunted in recent years by injury, and he spent last season on loan at Hellas Verona in Italy in an attempt to get some minutes under his belt.

Moore knows that Aarons has the ability to break into the starting eleven, but will need proof that his fitness levels are up to par before a bid is likely to materialise.
