World Cup 2014 draw: Who will be the performers of the evening

Alexandre Pires will be performing at the World Cup 2014 Final draw on Dec 6,2013

With the world cup draw happening on Friday, the list of the evening’s entertainers is complete.

The presenters for the evening will be actors Fernanda Lima and Rodrigo Hilbert.

The line-up of Brazilian acts will be performing at the 2014 FIFA World Cup Final Draw at Costa do Sauipe, Bahia, on 6 December 2013.It has been confirmed that singers Alexandre Pires and Vanessa da Mata and the Companhia de Danca Deborah Colker have all signed up for the gala event.

Alexandre Pires is among Brazil’s best-known singers having over 25 years of experience, while Vanessa da Mata is among the best known singers in Brazilian popular music of the last ten years. The Companhia de Danca Deborah Colker is a contemporary dance troupe known worldwide while both the singers have national and international acclaim.

They will be joining Emicida, Alcione, Margareth Menezes and the percussion group Olodum at the Draw. All the performers will represent the diversity and quality of Brazilian culture and music. The show take as its inspiration the Brazil 2014 slogan “All in One Rhythm” and they will display a theme that represents the five traits that make Brazil what it is: a cohesive society, the power of innovation, lush green nature, vibrant football and a land of happiness.

The draw is set to take place at 17.00 CET and will be available live in 193 countries.
