Mexico have qualified for the Round of 16 after some inspired displays in the group stages. Most of their players have played some excellent football and Lozano, in particular, was a standout performer.

Lozano has quickly established himself as one of the World Cup's superstars - after a memorable display helped down favourites Germany on matchday one.

The 22-year-old, currently at Eredivisie side PSV, has netted one and created another in the tournament thus far going into the weekend's knockout rounds. His tireless workrate - especially in a defensive sense - passing range and attacking threat were ever-present during the group stages, though time will tell whether he can replicate this against tougher opposition.
