Though Radamel Falcao and James Rodriguez stole all the limelight as expected, Juan Quintero was Colombia's star in the group stage. One of their best performers thus far at the World Cup, he has delivered some impressive performances along the way.

His deft free-kick against Japan was a piece of creative genius and one of the best moments from an eventful group stage. A versatile midfielder, Quintero already has a goal and two assists to his name in Russia.

The Porto star, currently out on-loan at Argentine side River Plate, is attracting interest from top European clubs. Reports suggest both Tottenham and Real Madrid have revealed an interest in the 25-year-old's signature, and are monitoring his progress.
