The Russian goalkeeper, Igor Akinfeev, is by far one of the stars of the squad making more than 500 appearances for CSKA Moscow in the Russian domestic league. The experienced campaigner has more than 100 caps to his name on the international stage and has kept more clean sheets than any other goalkeeper in Russian football.
