The 33-year-old goalkeeper has managed to stop four penalties throughout the tournament, Subasic has managed to stand tall against Denmark's Kasper Schmeichel and Igor Akinfeev of Russia by taking his team over the line.
In the dramatic clash against Russia in the quarter-finals, Subasic was on the verge of leaving the pitch due to pain in his thigh, but he held on to save Fedor Smolov's penalty in the shootout. If Croatia is to be crowned World Champions on 15th July then Subasic has a high chance of taking the Golden Glove.
