Enzo Zidane called to train with Real Madrid first team by his father Zinedine Zidane

Enzo Zidane (L) has been called to train with the Real Madrid first team.

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has called up his son, Enzo Zidane, to train with the first team while they prepare for the massive Madrid derby against Atletico Madrid on the weekend.

With injuries to Gareth Bale, Marcelo, Karim Benzema and Pepe, four youngsters from the Castilla squad have been given the chance to train with the Real Madrid first team that includes huge names like Cristiano Ronaldo, Sergio Ramos and James Rodriguez: players those youngsters look up to.

Having trained with the first team earlier, this is the first time Enzo will train with the squad since his dad took over. However, they can't play and represent the senior team given they're officially members of the 'B' side that plays in the Spanish second division – another club, technically.

A central midfielder by choice, Enzo has a range of passing that's often caught the eye of his coaches. He also has a decent burst of pace when on the ball allowing him to skim through ranks of defenders. As is the case with children of legends, many critics believe Enzo doesn't have what it takes to be a part of the Real Madrid squad and take over his father's reigns.

While Enzo is a midfielder, Zidane's second son, Luca, is a goalkeeper. Theo and Elyaz – Zidane's third and fourth son – are also midfielders who operate in the centre of the park with Theo reportedly boasting of talent that is normally not seen in his age group.

Zidane replaced Rafael Benitez in early January after a series of disappointing results and has so far had an incredible effect on the team with many of the stars claiming they have the 'trust' of their manager and are able to play with more freedom on the pitch.
