What is the lore behind Kyra in Fortnite?

Kyra is one of those characters that seem all too common in the Metaverse, and yet you never seem to see her in an actual game. This could be due to the fact that she does not really stand out as such from the crowd in any way. Aside from the neon jumpsuit that she has, nothing else makes her unique in any way. Her other style is also rather basic. However, what is mind-boggling are her variants (snapshots).
