A heist is likely in the works, with numerous Fortnite NPCs related to criminal organizations and/or syndicates popping up after each major update. This theory is further backed up by upcoming mechanics and the "Most Wanted'' posters scattered all over the island.

However, without any confirmation, it's all left to speculation. Thankfully, while Epic Games is yet to reveal the theme of Chapter 4, Season 2, the two concept artists have done the needful and created a heist-themed season that will turn up the island's heat.

Two of the most prominent concept artists in the community have created a well-rounded theme for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Although it's fan-made, that is to say, and not related to Epic Games in any way, the level of detail would suggest otherwise.

Building upon the nuggets of clues and teasers left on the island by the developers; the duo has created a fully fleshed-out theme for the upcoming season. It's called "Heist," and it turns up the heat and crime rate on the island.

In Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 2, the island is taken over by criminal entities. Crime is at an all-time high, and every no-good doer of every caliber is attempting to pull off the greatest heist of all time.

Players get to make a choice here; they can either meet the island's "Most Wanted" or help put a stop to things by siding with the sheriffs and taking on organized crime.

As with most seasons, new POIs get added to the island, and it's no different in this scenario. Alongside familiar locations, POIs such as Anarchy Alleyways, Contraband Cargo, Polar Prison, Syndicate Square, The Royale Vault, and Agent Academy have been added.

Each location has its USP and offers players something in return for exploring them. Miles Morales (boss) can be found at Anarchy Alleyways, a young Midas can be seen wandering about in Agent Academy, and players can take a casual train ride in Polar Prison.

While Midas and Miles Morales are two renowned NPCs, others, such as Medusa and Cobra, both fearful bosses, can also be found on the island. Players can either keep their distance or try to best them in combat to claim the ultimate prize: Medusa's SMG and Cobra's Dual Trackers.

With the new season comes new assets, and with Fortnite's vault being ripped open due to a major heist, many old (and powerful) weapons/items are coming back. The super-powerful Hand Cannon and Hunting Rifle will give players the stopping power they need to defeat opponents in combat.

If outrageous amounts of firepower are not enough in Fortnite Chapter 4, Season 2, using the Silenced Sniper while hovering in the air in a Choppa is an excellent alternative. Clingers are also available for those who may need a loud distraction.

In addition to older weapons, newer ones, such as the Pocket Knife and Stun Grenade, can also be found on the island. While this much firepower may seem redundant, keep in mind that it will come in handy when pulling off heists or helping the sheriff take out dangerous criminals.
