The new event brings Spring Breakout quests that can be completed for free cosmetic rewards. In addition to free cosmetics, Epic Games will also grant a lot of XP to all the players who complete quests, making this a great method to level up the Battle Pass.

The event lasts for two weeks, and it will be necessary to play throughout this period to unlock all the rewards. Here are all the cosmetics that can be unlocked by playing the Fortnite Spring Breakout event:

  • The Works loading screen
  • Shell Smash spray
  • Bloomback Sack back bling
  • Fresh Flyer glider
  • Nannerbloom Hammer pickaxe
  • A Spring Breakout banner icon

The Nannerbloom Hammer pickaxe can be unlocked by completing 12 Fortnite Spring Breakout quests. The Fresh Flyer glider, on the other hand, requires you to complete 22 quests in total.

It's important to note that these rewards cannot be unlocked on the first day of the event. Epic Games will release one quest every day, meaning that you will need to wait more than a week to complete all 22 quests. Some of the quests are immediately available. Most are very easy and can be completed in just a few games with Fortnite bot lobbies.

With the new update, Epic Games has also added super styles for Battle Pass skins. Considering that the event grants a lot of XP, these styles can be unlocked by completing all the quests from the event.

Each quest grants either a cosmetic item or 20,000 XP. Due to this, it's possible to get more than 300,000 XP in total from the event, which equals around four Battle Pass levels in Chapter 4 Season 2.

It's important to note that all of these rewards can be earned for a limited time. Once they leave the game, it's unlikely that they will ever return for free again, although Epic may decide to release them to the Item Shop.
