Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 has arrived and brought many changes with it. Not only is there a new map, characters, and items, there's a fresh storyline and gameplay to go with it. As usual, there's also a battle pass full of excellent cosmetic rewards to unlock.

This is done so by leveling up. Each level gives players five battle stars, which can be used to purchase items from the battle pass.

The good thing about leveling up in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2 is that while it can be tedious to get XP, the amount stays the same.

Going from level one to two requires 8,000 XP and this remains constant for every level up, instead of it stacking and progressively getting more difficult (to the point where level 100 is extremely difficult to achieve).

This means Fortnite players will need 7.92 million XP to go from level one to 100 100 and max out the battle pass.

Fortunately, there are plenty of ways to get this. For starters, there's a lot of XP available in the Fortnite challenges. The game also has storyline quests that give about 7,000 XP per stage, with multiple stages every week.

layers can also earn a total of 48,000 XP per day for completing the first three daily challenges.

Weekly challenges, as always, are the best source of XP in Battle Royale, though. There are usually quite a few each week, and they usually offer 25,000 XP.

With Supercharge activated, players can easily level up a few times a day without putting in too much work. With the season ending on June 2, there's plenty of time to get all the XP needed.

Alternatively, Save the World has XP that can be attributed to the battle pass. Creative maps often have XP enabled, and there have even been challenges by Epic to play them and earn XP in them.

Finally, XP glitches also work. These are not legitimate and Epic generally doesn't like them, but they are an excellent way to earn XP. They often require going into certain Creative maps and finding the secret AFK XP button.

Either way, there are plenty of ways to level up, especially since the total required to do so always stays the same.
