New Fortnite leaks have just surfaced, continuing the string of good news for the Reload mode. Reload has been providing a more fast-paced and OG environment for players in Chapter 5 Season 3, and it seems like support for the mode will likely expand further into the future. Epic Games might also have ambitious plans when it comes to the mode's competitive side.

The leaks regarding plans for Fortnite Reload were brought forward by X user @FNBRNewsJP, a prominent personality in the community. @FNBRNewsJP has provided accurate information regarding the game on multiple occasions, including the recent release of the Minigun in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 3, adding credibility to the information.

According to the leaks reported by @FNBRNewsJP, Epic Games will likely introduce a Ranked mode to Fortnite Reload. This doesn't come as a surprise, as the game mode has grown in popularity among players since its release. That, mixed with the fact that Reload would make for a much faster-paced environment for competitive settings, certainly adds weight to this information. The Ranked Reload mode could arrive as early as Chapter 5 Season 4.

Additionally, the leaks suggest that Fortnite Reload could see a seasonal structure in the future, much like other game modes like Rocket Racing and Fortnite Festival. This means that Epic Games could introduce periodic, substantial updates for the Reload mode. These seasonal updates could not only bring significant map and loot pool changes but also potentially provide specific themes for each season.

Since Reload is largely based around an experience that serves as a blast from the past, Epic Games has a lot of material to pull from, thanks to the game's rich history. This could make for endless combinations of seasons and themes down the line. With all of this and Epic Games' supposed plans for Fortnite Reload Trios, it does not seem like the developers plan on pulling the plug on Reload mode anytime soon.
