- Trying to bypass Garena's anti-hack system.

Step 4: Players can proceed with "Submit a request" and choose the game as per their region (Free Fire MAX in the case of India).

- Type of Problem - Technical issues
Step 6: Players must elaborate on the issue in the description (banned by mistake, in this case). They must explain their problem in the description box and submit the request.
