Personally, I’m not a huge sniper fan. I love getting inside the fight when it’s at its peak and blast all the enemies around me. And Call of Duty has stayed true to that till date. But, now, Call of Duty is set to change the ways of the sniper modes too. With Advanced Warfare, CoD brings an entire new feature called “One Shot Mode”.
The mode is divided into 5 categories, viz, Hard Scope, Zoomed, 4X, Ace and Irons. Each category features a different weapon with diiferent abilities. With your XP points, you can upgrade your sniper. As Christmas and New Year present, the studio is awarding double XP points to the players playing in the new mode.
This mode for snipers only, and Sledgehammer have roped in Call of Duty pro player NaDeSHoT to help them design it. On their official blog page, developers Sledgehammer wrote,
"[One Shot] is a brand new snipers-only game mode with decreased health and highly specific classes. Each of the five classes have been custom designed by our development team and OpTic NaDeSHoT, to test the true sniper skill of Advanced Warfare in this new custom mode. Each class features the MORS, a bolt-action railgun sniper, along with a variety of perks, Scorestreaks, and Exo abilities"
