CapCom makes the official move for Dragon Dogma Online, registers for trademark
Trademark for Dragon Dogma Online has been registered

Hideaki Itsuno had teased the idea of Capcom working on a new game of the Dragon dogma series (for more details click here) and now we have the update that Capcom has indeed registered for the trademark of the game in Japan, Europe, and the United States. Initially filed on December 2 in Japan, December 5 in the US and Europe, the filing has only recently been made public. At this time, no information about the title or if it is even in production is known.

We remember Dragon Dogma as the open-world fantasy game RPG in which the players hunt down a dragon. Its first major expansion Dark Arisen had players land on an island to fight new enemies and Death itself. Prior to the PlayStation Experience, the Dragon’s Dogma official website had posted a news entry that teased both Dragon’s Dogma 2 and DmC 2. However we hope that the air is cleared soon and we will come to know what Capcom has in store for us.
