Bandai Namco set official release date for Dragonball Xenoverse DLC

Dragonball Xenoverse DLC will be out on March 17th

Bandai Namco has finally revealed the official release dates for Dragonball Xenoverse first DLC pack, which will come out for the public on the 17th of March. Here is their announcement on Dragonball Z official Facebook page:

Dragon Ball GT Pack 1 (DLC) for Dragon Ball Xenoverse is going to be released on March 17th on Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC Steam and on March 18th on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.

This DLC Pack includes:

  • 3 new playables characters (Kid Goku GT, Trunks GT and Pan)
  • 1 new stage (Planet Tuffle)
  • 5 new costumes, 3 new accessories, 9 new Z-souls
  • 2 new Masters (Tien and Yamcha)
  • 15 new special moves to be learned from Tien and Yamcha
  • 4 Time Patrol Quests and 3 Parallel Quests

The Dragonball Xenoverse DLC is priced at $9.99. The game will also be receiving two more DLC packs in the future. Players can also purchase the Season Pass for $24.99 to receive all these DLC packs. That way you save $5.00 by purchasing the Season Pass instead of buying each DLC separately.

The DLC has not been released yet, however a player has managed to run through all of the DLC’s content and missions. You can check out his video here. The other DLC packs are expected to release later this year.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse is available now for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC. The game had a pretty rocky launch after players complained of major connection issues. Bandai Namco have since released a few updates to fix the issue.
