Fable Legends open beta testing phase might begin very soon

It looks like Lionhead Studios upcoming co-op RPG title, Fable Legends, will be entering its open beta phase very soon. The game has been in closed beta testing stage for a while, but that’s about to change with the developers launching the games open beta testing phase sometime soon. Social media coordinator for Lionhead Studios, Lauren (aka LHAlbiongirl), had tweeted the following earlier this week:

The developers have not revealed much about their upcoming RPG title so far, though they have confirmed that more Beta invites will be sent out soon enough. So if you’ve signed up as a beta tester, you can check your email to see if you’ve been sent an invite.

Lionhead Studios have still not decided on a release date for the open beta phase of Fable Legends. But they will announce this to players once it has been confirmed. As for the game’s actual release date, the development team has not given a definite answer for this yet. It is possible that the game will release during this Holiday season, along with Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Forza Motorsport 6.

Fable Legends is the latest installment in the popular Fable series. The game is based on five characters, four heroes and a villain and takes place several hundred years before the events of the original trilogy. Fable Legends will be available exclusively for the Xbox One and PC platforms.
