Helldivers, the Arrowhead Games & Play Station’s much popular shooter game is all set to release next month for crazy PlayStation fans who have been waiting for a long time. The game takes place in a procedurally generated Super-Earth, which is home to some 3 alien species who attempt to kill them. It’s gonna take great teamwork & co-ordination to terminate the enemy and come out alive, as the friendly fire’s always on.
Helldivers is out in North America on March 3rd, as announced by PlayStation Blog yesterday. As the title releases on all three PS platforms at launch, cross-play has been confirmed. Well as of now, no statement has been made of cross-buy being a part of the much-awaited launch, but one can only hope. Check out the launch trailer below, which gives a glimpse of the action players can look forward to in March.
The players can expect a whole new variety of difficult modes in this title. As per reports by E3 2014 & Gamescom 2014, the game may end up having around 9 modes depending on the planet. Loadouts will include weapons, perks & even some items called Strategems, which refers to a piece of equipment every player will have at their disposal.
