Outside Xbox releases new Xbox One gameplay footage of Project CARS

Project CARS has been delayed to mid-May

OutsideXbox has released the first gameplay footage from the Xbox One version of the upcoming Project CARS. This is the first video to showcase the Xbox One version of the game, as most footage so far has been from the PC version. PlayStation has also uploaded a video which displays the PlayStation 4 version as well.

It is important to note that the video was taken last year from an earlier build of the game. So it is likely that a lot has been changed since then and therefore this is not an accurate representation of the final product. But despite being a year old, the game still looks amazing with its 1080p resolution.

The four minute long video looks stunning, especially with the realistic weather effects. Project CARS will feature a dynamic weather system, much like Driveclub. There will also be a day/night system as well, which coupled with the weather system will make driving a bit more challenging.

OutsideXbox have also assured console gamers that will be getting the full thing. The console version will not lack any feature, and no corners were cut for the console release. So the console version will be the same as the PC version.

The release of Project CARS was recently delayed to Mid-May. The game will be available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Wii U and PC platforms. In the meantime you can check out the new Xbox One footage below:
