PS4 Update 2.50 to feature suspend/resume feature?

Play Station 4

A video that shows the suspend/resume feature in the latest update 2.50 has been found on YouTube.

YouTube user by the name of “kmg90″ has apparently received Update 2.50 and has made a video that shows the presence of the suspend/resume feature. This feature allows you to suspend your PS4 and then resume it whenever you wish to continue playing the game.

The video shows the suspend/resume feature in action. In the video, the player suspends the game and then turns his console back on. The PS4 manages to boot in under 10 seconds and he continues to play Saints Row from where he left off. He did not have to wait for logos or anything to else when he started his PS4 again.

Sony noted that the speed could vary from title to title. Saints Row loads pretty fast but, other games much take longer depending on the amount of data to be loaded.

The video does not show any other feature from the upcoming Update 2.50. However, the suspend/resume feature is the best feature of the update.

There has not been any announcement regarding the release date as Sony only officially announced the update just a few days ago. Hopefully the update would be available for the PS4 by the end of March.
