Babel Rising 3D is AMA and Mando Productions’ first game that is going to be released on the Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition.
The Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition version of the game will cost $2.99 and is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. That is not all, the game will be launched on the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Babel Rising 3D is a part of a successful franchise that has over 10 million downloads worldwide. By releasing Babel Rising 3D on the Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition the team hopes to “offers players a simple gameplay centered on the user and impressive graphics”.
Do not let the simple gameplay fool you as it packs a punch! Apart from being addictive, the game come with its own set of explosive surprises. The player takes up the role of a God that must stop the Babylonians from constructing the Babel tower. He must achieve this task by unleashing his godly powers like lightning bolts, meteor showers, floods and earthquakes. Builders come in waves to build the towers and their waves include other unit types like priests. This is done to bring in more variety to the gameplay.
All the controls of the game have been adopted according to the Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition specifics and a new menu system has been added to the game. According to AMA and Mando Productions the controls will be updated again: “Since Babel Rising 3D is in immersive 3D, we added a 360° sky and specific sound and special effects when powers are triggered.”
