South Africa finished at the fifth place while England finished seventh. Both the teams will be trying their best to get the upper hand in the series. England will aim to get the home advantage in their favour.

After the Test series, the teams will meet in a three-match ODI series in England in the summer of 2018. The matches are slated to play from July 23 to July 29.
