Jeeno Thitikul carded consecutive eagles and birdies on the final two holes to win the CME Group Tour Championship in spectacular fashion. Of particular note was her second shot on the 18th hole, which left the ball within 10 feet of the hole and virtually sealed the victory.

After her performance, Thitikul had this to say to the LPGA Tour News Service:

"I don't know what happened to me on 17 and 18. I really make a birdie on 17, which is giving me a good chance. But having eagle, it's more than I can ask for. And then hitting really, really good second shot on 18 and hole the putt, it's just like, all the hard work that I've been, it's just like pay off."

Jeeno Thitikul leaves the CME Group Tour Championship with $5 million as she added $1 million to her tournament prize by winning the Aon Risk Reward Challenge. This is a prize for the best average score on the toughest holes of the 2024 season.
