2024 BMW PGA Championship Round 2 suspended: Provisional leaderboard explored

The second round of the 2024 BMW PGA Championship was suspended on Friday, September 20, due to insufficient light. Eighteen players were unable to finish their round, and the projected cut line is expected to be at 2 under par.

Matthew Baldwin continues to lead the 2024 BMW PGA Championship at -13. Only two players are within three shots of the leader.

Matthew Baldwin continued his impressive form in the second round of the BMW PGA Championship, carding another low round of 66. His score included seven birdies and one bogey.

At the end of his round, the 38-year-old assessed his performance as follows (via ASAP Sports):

"It was a great day. I putted well today. Obviously first thing this morning, greens were as good as they get. It's been a long day to be fair with a slight delay at the end. But all in all, it's been great."

Antoine Rozner delivered the best round of the second day, carding a 7-under-par score. His impressive performance lifted him 30 places to third overall. Yannik Paul and Rasmus Hojgaard also enjoyed strong rounds, shooting 6-under-par scores and climbing 47 and 62 places, respectively.
